OUR PROCESS
STEP 01 /
INQUIRY & CLIENT APPLICATION
Every project begins with a client application where you share details about your business, your goals, and how you feel Rae Atelier could best support you. Each submission is personally reviewed, and if it feels like a strong fit you will be invited to schedule a discovery call within two to three business days.
STEP 02 /
DISCOVERY CALL
Our 30 minute discovery call is an opportunity to better understand where your brand or marketing needs the most support and ensure we are aligned on direction, investment, and expectations. During this conversation, I often share early strategic insights that help shape the custom proposal that follows.
STEP 03 /
PROPOSAL + ONBOARDING
After our conversation, you will receive a tailored proposal outlining the recommended scope of work along with an invoice to secure your project. Once approved, we begin the onboarding phase where you will complete a detailed questionnaire and share brand assets, logins, inspiration, and materials that help establish a strong foundation for the work ahead.
STEP 04 /
STRATEGY + CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT
This phase is where collaboration takes center stage as we shape the direction of your brand or marketing through strategy, positioning, and creative exploration. Concepts are presented for review and refined through thoughtful feedback, with up to two revision rounds included for each deliverable.
STEP 05 /
DELIVERY & SUPPORT
At completion, you will receive the final deliverables tailored to your project, whether that includes brand guidelines, marketing strategies, or supporting materials to help you move forward with confidence. Many clients continue working with Rae Atelier for creative support, marketing guidance, or future brand projects as their business and brand evolves.
INVESTMENT
Every brand we work with is different and so is the investment. Whether you're just getting started or scaling something already established, we offer both foundational and full-scale packages to meet you where you are. Projects typically range from $1K to $10K+, with branding starting at $1.2K and Marketing Management beginning at $2K. The final investment depends on the depth of support your brand needs.
