THE BREIF

SB Design House is an exterior decorating studio. Shayna doesn't design the landscape. She finishes it. She curates and customizes outdoor furniture and accents, from lighting and pots to sourced appliances, giving her clients every last detail that makes their landscape design feel complete. Every piece is sourced to the highest standard, and nothing gets placed without a reason. Her work was already beautiful, and most of her business at the time was coming through word of mouth or referrals. She needed a social feed and platform that looked as curated as her projects and gave the right people a reason to stay.

THE APPROACH

We started with a brand refresh, an audit, and a look at who she was being compared to. Then we rebuilt the profile so it worked at first glance and set a keyword and hashtag library around how her clients actually search. From there, we planned each month around her real projects, telling each one as a story: the tease, the site visit, install day, and the grand reveal. Before and afters, a print feature in Home by Design, and education on where to invest and where to save in outdoor furniture filled in the rest.

We leaned into her humor too, because those posts consistently outperformed everything else. Longer reels, walking videos, and week-in-the-life stories gave people a look at what goes into sourcing and installing a finished space, and Shayna never had to touch the scheduling.

THE OUTCOME

A feed that looks like one studio made it, on a schedule the client never had to think about. Over sixteen months, we published 109 posts across reels, carousels, and stories, and carried six new projects from first tease to final reveal.

The numbers back it up. Her following more than doubled. One of her project reveals reached more than 13,000 accounts and pulled over 21,000 views, while many of her behind-the-scenes posts surpassed 7,000 views. By the end, the account read as a portfolio and a point of view at the same time, with a template library she still uses to tell every project the same way.

LET'S TELL YOUR STORY

Rae Atelier is for founders, dreamers, and believers who believe their brand should hold the same depth, story, and craftsmanship as the work they bring into the world.
